What Is Company Registration?
Registration of a company (Private Limited, One Person Company, or Section 8) under the Companies Act, 2013, through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), using the SPICe+ integrated form. This is a central-government process, uniform across India, and includes obtaining a Director Identification Number (DIN) and Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for the directors, along with the Memorandum and Articles of Association (MOA/AOA).
